Catering Menu

Boogie Barbeque began operations as a pig roaster. Our Pit Master trained under and worked with many back yard roasters perfecting the art of pig roasting. When resources ran low he traveled to the pig roasting mecca of North Carolina, touring and talking with the southern pit masters. We offer many options for a pig roast from doing it in your back yard to just dropping off the meat, either way you will enjoy the pork we cook for you!

All of our delicious meats are smoked over Michigan cherry and maple woods that have been hand selected. We have created our own blends of spice rubs and barbeque sauces to compliment all of our smoked or grilled meats. All of Boogie Barbeque & Catering side dishes are prepared from scratch using the freshest ingredients available from recipes that we have refined over the years. We are committed to making your event our top priority and look forward to working with you.

Our catering menu is always growing; we also offer hot chicken wings, smoked turkey, grilled sausages, and grilled shrimp for your enjoyment. We have many side dishes to accompany the main course.

Pricing is based on guest count and customized to the menu and services you choose; please add 6% Michigan sales tax to all prices. Delivery charges may apply depending on location. Service charges or discounts may apply depending on the number of guests. Some items are seasonal and subject to product availability.
